There are planned indoor and outdoor activities for the children throughout the day.Your task for this assignment is to evaluate the risks related by this scenario and develop a solution to the problem. You are to develop a detailed plan that ensures the safety of the children from something negative happening due to the busy street.At a minimum you address the following items:(1) An overview of the risks for parents, children, the daycare center and its personnel. (2) Select two (2) risks you will evaluate in detail and explain why you chose them. (3) Explain the uncertainties related to determining the likelihood of your listed risk events occurring. (5)Describe the approach you would take to ensure that your organization can properly implement the intended solution. This could and likely will involve some discussion about staff training, parent training, building safety, driveway and parking lot design, client flow in the morning and evenings, staffing levels during peak periods, ongoing monitoring throughout the day. (6) A brief discussion of how you would weigh the costs associated with implementing your plan against the costs associated with the occurrence of any of your listed risk events.(7) Your approach for verifying that your solution is being effectively implemented.(8) Outline a communication plan for the risk management plans you have developed. Separate your communication plan for internal stakeholders (owners, board members, employees, parents, children) from the plan for external stakeholders (emergency personnel, community leaders (such as the alderman), media).
