The center is still under construction so you have flexibility about the design of the building and its surrounding area. You know that your business location is attractive to parents in that your center is conveniently located on their way to the expressways and the train stop. You also know that your location has a negative in that parents are sincerely worried about the safety of their child in light of the busy street adjacent to the facility. Assume that most of your client children will be dropped off within a 90 minute period in the morning and be picked up over a 120 minute period in the late afternoon. There are planned indoor and outdoor activities for the children throughout the day.Your task for this assignment is to evaluate the risks related by this scenario and develop a solution to the problem. You are to develop a detailed plan that ensures the safety of the children from something negative happening due to the busy street.At a minimum you address the following items:(1) An overview of the risks for parents, children, the daycare center and its personnel. (2) Select two (2) risks you will evaluate in detail and explain why you chose them. (3) Explain the uncertainties related to determining the likelihood of your listed risk events occurring. (4) Outline the overall solution you recommend to minimize the likelihood of a risk event happening. You might consider discussing the process you would follow in preparing your recommended solution. (5)Describe the approach you would take to ensure that your organization can properly implement the intended solution. This could and likely will involve some discussion about staff training, parent training, building safety, driveway and parking lot design, client flow in the morning and evenings, staffing levels during peak periods, ongoing monitoring throughout the day. (6) A brief discussion of how you would weigh the costs associated with implementing your plan against the costs associated with the occurrence of any of your listed risk events.(7) Your approach for verifying that your solution is being effectively implemented.(8) Outline a communication plan for the risk management plans you have developed.
