He says that he has been very tired and thinks he has a “vitamin deficiency”. He further explains that he is treated with paroxetine for depression for a month but has noticed that they do not help with his mood.  Finally, he tells us that he is taking warfarin tablets for blood clots because he was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation a few years ago.When asked if he noticed any problems other than dry mouth, the patient says that he also often felt the need to urinate at night and has been somewhat more “unsteady on his feet”.Question:Is this a side effect, and if so, why does it or why does it note require a side effect report?  Biology Science Pharmacology PHARMACY 3FB218
